7-Day Free Trial Policy

We offer a 7-day Free Trial from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • To be eligible, the product must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging, including box, tags, and accessories
  • Free from any damage, stains, or signs of wear

Refunds Will Not Be Processed If

  • The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
  • The product is used, worn, damaged, or not in original condition
  • Original packaging is missing or tampered with

Refund Processing

  • Once the product is picked up from your end, the refund will be processed within 48 hours
  • The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

To raise a complaint for damage, defect, or item mismatch, please share an unboxing video with us:

  • The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened
  • The shipping AWB number must be clearly visible at the beginning of the video
  • This helps us verify the issue quickly and ensures a smooth resolution.
  • Limited Edition & Special Drops

For select limited drops (such as FUT SHIK UP or other exclusive collections), refunds will be issued only as a one-time discount code, redeemable on the MS.Quorra website.
